Dr. Anil Kumar Srivastava, an eminent Professor in the area of Pharmacology & Toxicology, is the Director of the National Dairy Research Institute, Deemed University Karnal. He is a member of the Central Executive Committee of the Indian Dairy Association.

Dr. Srivastava started his professional career as Assistant Professor at Panjab Agricultural University Ludhiana, where he served for 20 years in different capacities including Head, Department of Pharmacology and Controller of Examinations. He has been an active researcher and a teacher during his professional.

Before assuming the office of the Director NDRI, Dr. Srivastava was working as Director, Resident Instructions and Dean Postgraduate Studies at Shere-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences &Technology, Jammu (J&K).
