Mr. Arun Patil has obtained B.Tech (Agril. Engg.) from MPKV, Rahuri, Maharashtra in 1975, followed by M.Tech.(Dairy & Food Engg.) from IIT, Kharagpur,1977. Mr. Patil worked in NDDB from 1977 to 1988. During this period he was posted at Engg. Divn. NDDB, Anand; Feeder Balancing Dairy Plant, Alwar; Cattle Feed Plant, Jodhpur and NDDB Delhi and Mumbai. He worked as Manager (Projects) in Maharashtra Rajya Sahakari Dugdh Mahasangh, Mumbai during 1984-1985 on deputation.

After taking VRS from NDDB in 1988, Mr. Patil started a firm by name PROCON ENGRS. & CONSULTANTS, Mumbai, a company offering Turnkey Projects in the field of Dairy, Refrigeration, Fruits & Vegetables Precooling & Cold Stores. Mr. Patil supplied & erected scores of projects all over India during last 11 years. He also developed the latest concept of READY TO START DAIRY PLANT, 1 To 50 kl /day capacity with an eye on the Export Market and innovated India's first Mobile Grape-Precooling Van in 1991 which paved the way for the exports of grapes to distant countries by reefer containers for the first time in Indian Agricultural History. Mr. Patil founded GREEN GOLD EXPORTS Pvt. Ltd.in 1991, a company exporting grapes & other fruits & vegetables to UK, UAE & Far Eastern nations. He has widely travelled all over the world and attended many International Conferences on Dairy, Food Processing and Refrigeration etc.
