Mr. N.A. Shaikh is one of the Vice Presidents of the Indian Dairy Association. He is currently working as the Managing Director of Mother Dairy Foods Processing Ltd., Delhi. Previously, he was the General Manger of the Delhi Milk Scheme, a Govt. of India Establishment. He worked with National Dairy Development Board from January 1971 to 1981.

Mr. Shaikh was responsible for project planning, designing, erection and commissioning of dairy plants of various capacities. He has also worked as General Manager, Mother Dairy, Kolkata and Mother Dairy, Delhi. He has actively participated in IDA activities since 1981. He was Secretary of IDA Eastern Zone and also Northern Zone.
