Mr. P. N. Reddy is the Head (Quality Improvement & Product Development), Mother Dairy Foods Processing Limited, Delhi. Mr Reddy has done his M.Sc. (Dairy Chemistry), from NDRI, Karnal. After serving in Tamil Nadu Dairy Federation from 1966 to 1977 at their Madhavaram, Erode, Ayanavaram Dairies in Quality Control Department, he joined Mother Dairy, Delhi in 1977 as Q.C.O. and became Head of Quality Control. He coordinated TQM and HRD activities from 1995 to 1997 in addition to Quality Control responsibilities. He was Management Representative for ISO 9002, HACCP and NABL. Mr. Reddy was Involved in developing Environmental Management Systems (IS-14001) at Mother Dairy. After heading Production & Quality Systems Division of Mother Dairy, which includes Processing, Engineering, Quality Assurance and R&D, he became Head of Mother Dairy Unit. Besides dairying, he was also involved in Quality Control activities of Edible Oil, Fruit & Vegetables. Mr. Reddy was coordinating QC activities of Mother Dairy polypack milk operation at the neighbouring State Cooperative Dairy Federation's dairies. He was nominated by the Indian National Committee (INC) of the International Dairy Federation (IDF) as an expert on the IDF Standing Committees on "Main Components of Milk" and "Environment". He was also Certified Laboratory Assessor by NABL, Govt. of India; Ministry of Science and Technology, New Delhi; Certified Environmental Auditor by Environmental Auditors Registration Association (EARA), UK; Certified Quality Management Systems Auditor by Nigel Bauer & Associates, UK.
