Mr. R Krishnappa was Chairman of Kolar Milk Union from Aug. 1995, who was re-elected as Chairman of Kolar District Cooperative Milk Producers Societies Union Ltd. on 23.5.99. He is also the Director of Kolar Milk union since 1991; Director of Karnataka State Coop. Milk Federation since 26.5.99; President of Annihalli MPCS, Kolar Talum. Mr. Krishnappa was the Chairman of Mandal Panchayat Annihalli, Kolar Taluk 1987-92 and Director of Taluk Agricultural Producers Cooperative Marketing Society for the years 1983-85. He was also the Chairman of Sericulture cum Farmers Service Cooperative Society for the years 1980-87.
