Abstract

"Perusing the growth that brings prosperity to a few, leaving the majority out of the ambit of the growth process is only furthering the gap between the 'Haves' and 'Haves-not'! It spotlights the need for a much greater inclusiveness in the growth process to combat the increasing poverty and reposes a greater responsibility for the newly elected government to hasten the process of translating the concept of 'inclusive growth' into practice."
