Sesame
Coated Cheese Finger
with Orange DIP
| Ingredients:
|
- 8
cheddar cheese fingers;
- 50
gms sesame seeds;
- 20
gms bread crumbs;
- 2
eggs;
- 50
gms flour;
- oil
to fry;
- For
the orange dip:
- 100
gms Orange Tang powder;
- 50
ml salad oil;
- 1
tbsp Tabasco
- 20
ml vinegar;
- 1/4
tsp salt;
- 100
ml water

| Method
: |
- Spread
flour on a plate. coat the cheese fingers with the flour
evenly.
- Beat
eggs in a bowl and coat the floured fingers with egg.
- Coat
the above fingers in mixture of breadcrumbs and sesame seeds.
- Refrigerate
for and hour and repeat the above step and freeze for 2
hrs.
- Deep
fry in hot oil till the outside is golden.

the Orange Dip: |
- Dissolve
Orange Tang in water and gently warm it.
- Add
vinegar, salt, oil and Tabasco sauce and whisk vigorously.
- Serve
chilled with the cheese fingers.

Gosht Kofta And Cheese Stuffing
| Ingredients:

gms boneless lamb;
- 50
gms cheese;
- 10
gms ginger;
- 5
gms garlic;
- 4
green chillies;
- 3
gms garam masala powder;
- 50
gms cream;
- salt
to taste.

Khorma : |
- 25
gms ghee;
- 2
gms cinnamon;
- 2
gms cardamom;
- 2
gms cloves;
- 2
bayleaf;
- 10
gms ginger-garlic paste;
- 1
tsp coriander powder;
- 1/2
tsp roasted jeera powder;
- 2
tbsps brown onion paste;
- 50
gms cashew paste;
- 100
gms yougurt;
- 50
gms cream;
- 7
gms white pepper;
- 3
gms garam masala powder;
- salt
to taste;
- coriander
leaves for garnish.

| Method
: |
- Pass
the boneless lamb, cheese, ginger, garlic and green chillies
in a mincer twice for fine mincing.
- Add
garam masala powder, cream and salt rub well until the mixture
is smooth.
- Make
lemon-sized dumplings of each and steam for 15 minutes.
